Overview

304H stainless steel is a high carbon austenitic stainless steel that offers excellent weldability and traceability, and good oxidation resistance in intermittent service up to 1500°F,corrosion Resistance Excellent in a wide range of atmospheric environments and many corrosive media. Subject to pitting and crevice corrosion in warm chloride environments, and to stress corrosion cracking above about 600C.

304H Stainless Steel Main Features

1.Austenitic stainless steel alloyed with Copper and Boron to increase the creep strength

2.Good corrosion resistance properties in high temperature

3.Good creep resistance in high temperatures, specially in the range of 580°C (1076°F) to 640°C (1184°F) Inner surface shot peening treatment possible upon request.
