According to the requirements of the standard, the chemical composition of the blank to the finished product is analyzed, the material is strictly controlled, the mechanical properties and chemical composition of the finished product are tested item by item, and the eddy current and ultrasonic non-destructive testing are performed to ensure the product quality.

The inspector checks the inner and outer surfaces of the finished product, the end shape, the bending degree, the length of the fixed length, the outer diameter and the wall thickness according to the technical conditions and requirements of the product standard. After the product has passed the inspection, the product quality manual will be issued to ensure that the customer can use the satisfactory and reliable products.
